I never know where my paintings will start and where they will finish. The creation of each painting is an intuited process of connecting with my inner being through meditation, breathing and tuning in to the creativity that lies in all of us, at a soul level. The colour selection is guided. The application of paint is guided. The mark making is guided. Foundation layers, foreground layers, mid layers and top layers are executed from my right brain, the non thinking right brain, under a feeling of blissful peace and purpose. I paint from my soul, for yours and the end result of a painting is exactly where it needs to be. The word "intuition" evokes a sense of creative flow, and in my work, I strive to capture that feeling. My abstract paintings are created by listening to the intuitive flow within me and exploring the various different shapes, colors and textures that appear. I strive to create a sublime mix of organic shapes, vivid colors, and calming textures that allow the viewer to access their own inner space. On the surface, my paintings might seem like chaos, but upon closer examination, they reveal a structure and a sensitivity to the subject matter. Through my abstract artworks, I encourage my collectors to explore their own creative capacities and to nurture their intuition. My paintings provide a unique and fascinating visual experience that helps to bring universal truths to life.
